Limits Problem

When ever my machine hits a limit, when I hit the reset button I get the error
on reset box. I then have to Hit the fix this for me button. changine my limits
to active low. All my limits are assigned to pin 10 estop also.

they are set

-x port 1 pin 10
-y port 1 pin 10
+z part 1 pin 10
estop port 1 pin 10

my manufacture says the limit pins should be high.
but evey time a limit is hit I get the error on reset box and have to change the fix this for me button . is tis normal.
