Buy me a Beer?

It's unlikely that the driver test results are causing a problem. My laptop is terrible with the driver test, but it'll move the motors, although very roughly.

How are you trying to move the motors? Jog? Gcode? MDI?

Do the DRO's show movement when you try to move?

Do the motors lock up when you power up the drives?

You either have the port address wrong, or the ports and pins settings wrong, or a bad cable.

What kind of bob are you using. I had the same thing happening, but had forgotten to wire the EN to 5v+ on the C10 bob.

the bob looks of good quality but , unfortunatly i bought it on fleabay
the ebay store is verycnc and its a db25 (bob) i set the external e-stop and wired it briefly and it worked so i thought that the (bob) was in ok condition . i do however have a 25FT pport cable hooked up to is , but again the input of the e-stop lead me to believe that the (bob) id good..

p.s the pinouts correspond to the motors inputs i feel i set them up right , then again , they might not be. the motors are set as follows X=cp-to pin2
cw-to pin3 ....Y= cp-to pin4 cw-to pin5 Z=cp-to pin6 cw- to pin 7 and i set that on mach 3 as well as on the (bob)

just checked the printer cable for continuity , and all pins are ok . even the ground out side shell is intact so its not the cable.

in mach 3 you should enter 0x378 in the port and pins section for port 1. Suerte!
