Need Help!- ** (NEWBIE) How to activate assigned OUTPUT signal **

Sorry for being so newbie..
I got 3 axis MACH working previously, got LIM working properly.
But Never done the output before..

I set Enable #1, Output #1 activated. Assigned Pin # 16
I see diagnosis page with Enable #1 on.

But how exactly do I program or activate in the software to send my output out?? Can't seem to find description in the manual either.

Similarly, even more simpler.....I want to turn on Coolant M7, M8, M9.
But I don't see in the set up pin # where to connect COOLANT pump on.
Please advised instruction...

You shouldn't need to set the Enable for an Output.

Assign Pin16 to Output 1. Go to the Spindle tab of Ports and Pins, and assign Output 1 for either Mist or Flood, and make sure the Disable coolant box is NOT checked. That should do it. M7 or M8 will turn it on (depending on which you choose), M9 will turn it off.

Do you want to send an Output for something other than the coolant? What exactly do you want to do?
