Hi all, this is a strange one. I set my machine up a month ago and all seemed fine. I got a couple of gcodes from a couple of guys off the forum, ran them and all worked fine. I since took the machine apart and refinished the aliumium so the machine looked better. Put it all back together and hooked up to computer and now this new problem. During motor tuning all seems fine, motors run fine and sound fine. However when i load a gcode and run the cycle it will only run a couple of line and mach2 trips the e-stop. The motors seems choppy and loud when running a cycle, however during motor tunning they are much quieter and run much smoother. I have rechecked all of my settings and re-tuned the motors still the same thing. I am using a the Hobbycnc 31v 4axis controller (non chopper) and the computer is a p4 2.8ghz with 512 ram. Can someone please help me, I am completely stumped and at my witts end. Thanks Chas |

| You might want to try increasing the debounce in Config>Logic. This can help if you're getting noise.
