Hi to all great cnc forum is this one! first of all, I want to congrats to all that helps this forum to work I'm just a beginner using MACH 3, I'm going to use it to make a school proyect, controlling some DC servo motors with a Gecko drive but we start with one problem, we need to sincronizate two spindles at the same time, at diferent speeds, is any way to configure another spindle in MACH3, something like S1 1000; S2 2000; I need to use the step and direction outputs any help will be very appreciated! | Yes, I made a 3 spindle plugin for Mach3, each can be set to run a different speeds, across the modbus. www.machsupport.com see forums, under Finished plugins. scott

| I just was beginning to read the article that you published in the Mach3 forum, Is this plugin able to make an output step and direction signal?? for both motor drivers? I need this 4 signals for two rotary axes works simultaniously Is there an counter or something that overflows? Because I need to operate them continuosly a long time (10 - 15 min) in some cases thanks! Tony |

| The Plugin is made to drive Standard VFD drives that take a 0-10V for spindle speed control. if you want Step/dir spindles then use the extra axis of nativ emach to drive them, i.e. the Step/Dir for Spindle standard, and then use your B or C axis to drive the other step/dir spindle. scott
