New mill setup with Mach3

Hello all. I am setting up a Novakon NM-135 (KX3) CNC mill and I could really use some help setting up Mach3 for the system.
What parameters need to be programed into Mach3 to get the system up and running?

Have you downloaded the XML setup files from Novakon? They are probably a good start. Once you have things running you can tweak them based on your experience and feedback from other NM 135 users.
