Newbie- Mach 2 scale

I am using a cad software called Profili for making r/c model wing ribs.
I have the unit measurements set to inches in the cad and also inthe Mach 2.
When I send the dxf to mach 2 the parts are not cut at the samre size.
For example I sent a 13 in. rib to mach and had to change the scale in mach to 10 times the size just to get it to cut a 6 in. rib.
What am I doing wrong?
What settings have I got wrong?

I haven't done the math, but was the original in MM and are you milling in inches? Just a quick gut feel.

I have tried both ways Both programs have the option for in. and mm.
If I dont change the scale on the mach the router just barely moves.
Does this have something to do with the demo version?

Hmmm... You might inspect the g-code and see if you can determine why.
I doubt it has to do with demo vs pay-for. You might also ask Mach support
folks. I am sure they want it to work for you (that way you will want to purchase
their product )

Most likely, the .dxf from profili is the wrong size. Can you post a sample we can look at?

That's not a .dxf?

Post the .dxf from Profili, and the g-code. Rename the g-code file so the extension is .txt and it should upload fine.
