Here are the things where I need your expert advise on a CNC Router that runs on Mach2 software:
1. Run-out error : when we calibrate the machine the G28.1 command checks the switches and shows machine co-ordinates on Mach2 equals to zero. If we see the other co-ordinates it shows a value of X = 25.00 and Y = -0.335 and Z=0 What this value referencing to. If we home the machine several times during the day I assume there should be an accumalative error like in a vernier calliper (I am not sure if it is true for this machine or not)
2. The fixture offsets values keep changing ( It is a kind of weared)
3. How can I get back the icons I deleted on the Mach2 screen?
