    Rotary problem

I have a minitech mill 2 with a sherline rotary. Everytime I initiate a 180 turn I get an e stop. I have checked my limits and motor tuning and have it set to spec. Any suggestions where to go next. I also reset the g54 offsets to no avail.

Is it just 180 & above? does it stop right away?
Can you program a lower F rate for it to work?

I have tried adjusting the feed rates also. It seems like the absolute coordinates are askew. I just noticed that its set min +90 max +180. It always kicks out around 110 to 130 degrees. Do you know how to adjust the absolute co ordinates.
