MOTOR DIRECTION CHANGE, RUNS RUFF.

DURING MOTOR TUNE-UP, I GET THE AXIS RUNNING + DIRECTION WHEN JOGGING, BUT WHEN I REVERSE THE JOGGING DIRECTION, THE MOTOR DOES NOT RUN SMOOTH OR STALLS OUT. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?.

Does this happen on all axis? I had an alignment problem on my Z axis that caused the same thing.
