Hello... I am trying to get a DXF drawing to work properly In Mach2. Here is the problem... The drawing is converted to G code and when I run this code in a CNC Simulator it looks perfect. But when I try and run it in mach2 a number of tool paths are not being cut. I have attached the DXF file and also the TAP file that I am using. If anyone has some answers it would be appreciated. cheers |

| I bet you got it fixed by now, but what the hell. You should make sure you save your DXF in version 12 or 14 for best results, and make sure you explode all polylines. Sometimes polylines will work, but most of the time they screw up. Apart from that, it could be something in the post processor that is wrong. Or did you import the dxf into Mach2 and convert from within?
