Video Viewing Problems

Cant seem to download or view the videos from the Artsoft site. Is their a site problem?

Try right clicking "save as" and viewing them with the recommende viewer on the site

Thanks guys. Unfortunately I am getting "an error occurred while processing this directive" message no matter what I do. I have viewed them previously so it looks like I have a computer problem.

On a more posistve note managed to draw a circle with my machine today.

The problem is probably on your end. I just downloaded 2 to check and they download just fine. They are far too big to upload here.

I agree with Gerry, I think the problem is at your end. We never like hearing this, and it would be easier to hope that someone else can solve the problem.
I am the guy who looks after these videos. It is in my interest to make sure there are no problems. I have tested both Firefox and also IE with realtime viewing and also "save as" All the videos are working fine, except for the last 4 to do with screen development.

Further to my April post - I looked at the tutorials yesterday evening and it was all perfect. I am not aware of chenging any settings my end. Geoff
