Disabling Help Wizard

Is there a way in Mach3 1.84 to disable the little blue wizard that pops up with a right mouse button click? He seldom seems to know much and I always seem to be pressing the right mouse button by accident.

Perhaps related... is there anyway to disable the Tab key popping up this MPG thing on the right side of the screen?
