MACH3 and noise from stepper motor

Finally I got my motor running on MACH3 with the kind help of CNCzone members, had 3 problems though:

1- The motor noise bocomes higher when i start up MACH3,

2- With large motor the motor steps one step back and forth, with smaller motor the motor steps CCW

3- The movement is kind of sluggesh and slow, when using large motor (100oz-inch)

When I first got Mach3 running my motors sounded and ran awful. I changer the setting to step low active and it ran fine.

Its in the ports and pins menu . Its set to a green check or a red x.
