I posted this on the support page and wanted to tell you all here as well... Hello, I wanted to tell you that I made you all a gift in my free time This Pluging is Called JCode (Jog to Gcode) I have no idea what you will use it for but it is a fun toy and could be used to make your machine do great things like dip a tea bag and stir in the honey, all by jogging! Or you could use it to teach facing a part because Cam is just to slow... that works for me too (I would rather have a good cup of tea) You can get it here on the Plugin's page: http://www.machsupport.com/artsoft/plugin.htm Thanks Brian |

| Hi Brian, I posted this in the Mach Yahoo group too. So, I see here in the Zone a guy who hijacked a mouse and transform the movements into g-code. My question for you is: Can you modify that plugin for a Wacom table? I try to find a soft which has the capability to transform a line (made with Wacom or any similar device) in g-code. I hope not offend you since you made this plugin in youre free time. Thanks in advance. GB |

| I could read in the encoders and turn that into Gcode... but once again it gets down to time If I were to do that I would have to charge for it. Would you be upset if it cost 19.99 to get the encoders turned into Gcode? Thanks Brian |

| gabi68, I didn't want to hijack Brians thread, just sounded like you were talking about freehand drawing to g-code. I havn't finished "Sketch2Code", & don't know when that will happen (sorry). Like everyone else, just not enough time in a day. As far as being able to use what already exist in "Sketch2Code", I would think that you should be able to use a tablet pen, just as you can a regular mouse. I don't have a tablet so thats the best answer I can give. . |
