hi am am searching forum as we speak but here we go i have a xylotex board and mocked everything up when i got it and the steppers jogged moved with mach 2 now i have mach3 and installed the steppers and they wont move??? they lock up but wont move not ven micromovement. i am worried but there has been no puff of smoke or anything and i just hope it is sofware or someting. any help would be appreciated i am kinda concerened now. thanks tim |

ok still working on problem, it appears they still work in mach2 yippie so must ve settings i sett all setting in mach 3 to the same as mach 2 , i am thinking that maybe when i installed mach3 i did it in simulation mode ,i am going to reinstall thanks tim |

| well lookie here me again after like 6 months, well new problem now guess what they wont move again, now i tried again tonight to get hem to operate and all of a sudden they did but the x wouldnt move and the z in mach was moveing in real life with the x. I dont know confusing. so i reinstalled mach 3 thinking maybe thats whats wrong and now they wont move at all again. hmmm wish it hadnt been so long since i set up the table. well anyone up late wanna help go right ahead ill be upa ll night trying to get them to work thanks tim |
