My Milltronics Partner 4 with Centurion 4 control is slowly headed to it's grave. I spend as much time working to keep the control running as I do making parts. That being said, are the Mach retrofit kits i saw on their website capable of running a machine of this size? My machine also has a Yaskawa spindle drive and 6000 rpm spindle, will this be a problem? Thanks in advance Ben |

| What kind of motors, steppers or servos? If servos, what kind of amps? What kind of drive signal does spindle drive take? Essentially, YES it can PROBABLY run your mill but more info is needed. Might want ot get it and have it handy (motor models, specs, etc) Otherwise, you'll end up with more questions than answers UNLESS someone has BTDT already. |

| NC Cams has asked the right questions. The age old saying that "size doesnt matter" also applies to Mach. The type of stepper/servo drives is the most important factor in this equation, and even then, if they are not right, they can be changed over for something that does work. |

| ^^ Your mill is probably half the weight of the table of this 40,000lb mill that mach is running a 400 ipm CV. http://www.bluehost.com/cgi-bin/uftp...achsupport.com you need to registered on machsupport.com forums and use your email as password. Under Mach3 file, find Galil and the video is there.
