Hi All, I am using a drill cycle and am having trouble with the x axis losing it's place. I will issue a G00 X3.00 and I will get 3" of travel sometimes and something else other times. If I issue the same command six times I will get three different length moves. If I issue a G01 X3.00 I will get a consistance 3" move and a consistant return to zero. Am I moving too fast? How would I use a G01 in a G81 file with several moves? One of my files looks like this: G0 G49 G40 G17 G80 G50 G90 G81 X0.0000 Y0.0000 Z-0.10 R-.1000 F250 X5.6350 Y3.4395 Z-.5600 X6.1250 Y3.1500 Z-.5600 X6.5950 Y3.4396 Z-.5600 G80 G28.1 X0.00 Y0.00 M30 Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks, Marcos (elalto) |

| In the motor tuning, try cutting your acceleration and velocity by 25%. Do each one seperately, starting with accel.
