    Wink PDF For Mach 3

    Anyone know where i can get a PDF that shows how to do all the basics like bringing in new images and stuff from rhino and auto cadd if you could help out i would like it thanks

    Watch the LazyCAM video at the Machsupport site. Some new ones should be posted in the next week or two which should be what you're looking for.

    well im in high school and i have cadd for industry and my teacher told me if i can get one 3d object to work correctly on the CNC machine that i will pass so i need to know how to set up a 3d drawing of anything. i was hoping to do the volcom sign. but i dont know if i can take a picture off the internet and have it make all the mesurements and all if somebady can walk me through the basic steps on setting it up.

    What cadd apps? I can give you some help for the 3d design but I don't want to do it for you. I only wish I had the opportunity you have when I was a kid, but way back then Abe Lincoln was still growing his beard!

    Do you also have cam available? Now for the big question? What does your teacher consider 3d? An egg, half an egg or a photo that has been carved into a piece of wood or plastic?

    well i have cadd 2005 and 2003 at home i just got 2006 and i have rhino 3d what ever at school but like i dont know i just need help setting up the computer to make it cut out like a rim or something on a peice of foam. he wants to have Co2 car races but he wants to make sure the program works correctly first

    If you want to do 3D parts, you'll have to create a model of them in a CAD program, and then you'll need a 3D CAM program to create G-code. Something like www.meshcam.com
