I have just completed a retrofit of a cincinatti bed mill. The conversion consisted of rutex product ( 2020 boards and Mboard) and a used pentium computer. Windows was upgraded from millenium to XP. The limit switches are tied into the rutex board and work properly. If I enable the switches through Mach2 software I get random faulting. If I disable the switches in the software (all axis ) I have no problems. One thing I noticed was the driver test results (OCX) appeared rough compared to the sample screen in the manual. Is there a listing of what things to look for ? Any help is appreciated. Thank you John D. |

| You might want to go throught the Optimization file at http://www.machsupport.com (at the bottom) Try increasing the Input Debounce for the limit switch issue. In Config>Logic.
