Mach3 has no built in functions to do this, but you could write a macro or possibly a brain to do it.I'm putting encoders onto my steppers, does mach3 stop and alarm if the motor's dont reach the positions Mach has sent them to ?
I believe the Verify function checks position by homing the machine and seeing if the machine has lost position since the previous homing routine.is there a check position routine in Mach3 ?
