yes it does you just have to have different names for each machine and it save what ever you input in to each profile

Just Asking if you were too save the current XML of Mach would this retain all settings including pins, speeds , etc etc:
Or is it possible too setup Mach to run 2 different cnc machines off 1 pc. (not together of course ). Then choose at startup which machine too use , the 2 machines would have different drivers , motors & bob.

The .xml contains the settings for a specific profile. You can have as many profiles you want, and each will have their own .xml file.
To start Mach3 with a specific profile change your shortcut to start
C:\Mach3\Mach3.exe /p ProfileName
