Adding a 4th axis to my router

Can I use stepping motors together with a servo motor at the same time in Mach3? I would like the possibility to use the 4th axis as a spindle. I will be using a Dunham headstock as my rotary axis. I am just looking at future applications.

So long as your servo drive takes step and direction signals it will work fine. Mach3 is only outputting pulses, it cares little about where the pulses go.
