Thanks for viewing, here is what the trouble is that I'm having. I can cut round holes, cut along any vector, do pockets an all other cuts. but for some reason when I want to either do a pocket or follow a path withing any rectangle vector, I get corners that aren't square and out of shape.

They look right in my softwear toolpaths so I don't understand what is going on. I use Aspire to export to Mach-3 so you know. anyone ever have this issue before, thanks?
