| Hi all I have a problem I do not know what is up with it!!!! Ok if I use the wizard to nest m99 my program the x-axis motor will stop moving when it is going back to 0.0 but the DRO still moves to zero thus it will start a new pocket in the right Y position but the x is off big time! Now I have a solution for now but it is vary time consuming I program by hand the full first row of my pockets and after the last one I do this G00 Y0.0 G00 X0.0 M99 It will move and never louse its mark but I have to program the entire first row and nest the rest (14) in Y This is the question why will it not work when I have G00 X0.0 Y0.0 on the same line but if I separate them it will work fine? And if I have a G01 X.1 Y.1 it won’t stall butt any bigger movement than that it will stall on the x axis only? Thanks i need help !!!!! ED |

| Go to motor tuning, and keep reducing the speed of each axis until reliable. Start with low acceleration and fix that last. Find the speed where moving cause it to not respond properly, then reduce setting by 20% or so. You can use arrow keys (up/down I think it was) while in the tuning page to do the moving backwards and forwards. Make sure you select save, before you try to do the movement testing. Once each axis is reliable, for each axis, increase the acceleration until changing direction causes errors, and back off setting by 20-25%. Each axis often has different settings. Setting the machine up before trying to use it will save some cutters. Follow the procedures in the Mach3 manual.
