    Bad Number Format error

I have a complex part with a lot of arcs meeting other arcs, and I'm getting this error

    "bad number FormatLine 15"

    N15G01Z-0.0625F30.0
    N16X2.3023Y2.4519F***.0

I made the g-code with Dolphin CAM.

    Thanks,

F***.0 is most likely your problem. Probably due to your Dolphin post.

The post is MACH_3 and it's new. Now that I know that F = feedrate, should I just put a feedrate there?

Sure, but it'll get old after a while. I'd talk to Dolphin and find out what's causing the problem, and get it fixed.

We haven't solved it yet, but it only happened when I put a Z feedrate of 44in/min in the cam program. When I leave it the default 1.25in/min it doesn't happen. I'm using a new Post Processor that dolphin sent me, the problem I got now is that the finishing passes are offset to the positive X side causing a side step for every Z level. See these photos:

This circle doesn't have that offset it but it's no perfectly round.

The G codes looks ok as far a I can tell. Here's the g code for the rectangle witch also has the offset finish problem.
