Z-axis problem with Mach3 - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

I just bought few months ago a cnc router 4030 as follows link.
MILLING / DRILLING MACHINE ROUTER CNC ENGRAVING AND ENGRAVER 3040 c8 | eBay

From the first day its Z-axis changing its position randomly not fixed. Some time it goes down upto 5 mm and some time it go from -3mm it is variable. I have changed the drive from Y to Z and Z to Y but same problem. It looks may be controller board has problem or any help please.

Decrease the Z axis acceleration by 1/2 and try it
