If your stepper is not locking up at all then either it is wired wrong or see the following:

Well on my C11G interface board the +CK and +DR are going to +5 volts and the -CK (pin 2) and -DR (pin 3) each go to the input ports on the interface board.

Also if the interface board has limit switch inputs you either need limit switches or you have to jumper those inputs.

Also in Mach3 I had to enaple the Charge Pump, Port 1, Pin 17, Active Low.

Let us know what you find.

    Hi Dear poal

My step motor is lock and when i select -x and +x in the jog panle the DR lamp turn on and off and the PUlse lamp turn on with very low bright.

so i think the interface send pulse and direction to the driver but i think my problem is in the driver .
I use a jumper in the step driver for enable full step, but i don't have rotation yet.

When i turn on the power of driver the step motor rotate one step

Do you suggest i use :

the +CK and +DR are going to +5 volts and the -CK (pin 2) and -DR (pin 3) each go to the input ports on the interface board ???

    Thank you

Yes, your stepper must be wired correctly as it locks up.

So the problem is with the interface to the interface driver. I have to assume that most interface boards operate similar to mine. So, yes, make the changes regarding the step and direction signals.
