    Help with Mach2

Hi everybody. I am new to the CNC but I am a manual machinist and honer by trade. I have just hooked up my machine and Mach3 will not run. I downloaded Mach2 and everything runs great. BUT the problem is the movement isn't what the machine is moving. It says on the screen it moved 1.000 by it actually moved about .250 (I haven't put an indicator on it yet.) YES it is in IN not MM. Where can I change these settings or ? Any help with this will be great.

In motor tuning I think, steps/unit or something like that. Haven't seen Mach2 in over 5 years so don't recall exactly.
