When I have backlash comp turned on and set up properly everytime an axis changes direction the machine makes a strange cluncking sound. With backlash off the machne runs very quite. Has anyone else came across this strange problem? It is a stepper system on a PM20-PM25(long table and 750watt motor on a PM20) machine. Thanks Tommy |
