Rings around job in mach3?

Hi,

Mastercam has a super charger rotor that im trying to cutout, when I load it into mach3 I get heaps of rings around the rotor, I have mach3 setup to IJ incramental or vise versa, doesnt change anything.

Also, this part is a bit hard to explane, but the lobes on the blower, in mach3 they are not really joned to the center shaft, sort of floating joined by two passing lines right at the bottom of them, in mastercam it looks fine so I dont understand why its doing that?

I am using the correct mach3 post, tried a few others with same or worse results

It almost appears like the Mach orientation is from the end whereas the mastercam view seems to be from a side angle?
