Anyone experience odd shaped circles in there cuts. The first time this happened I found backlash slop in my drive screw. Now there is no slop and it is making strange shapes. I reverse my cut direction and the pattern reverses also. Is it possibly a sofware issue?    |

| I recently had issues with out of round circles, my problem was worn consumables. Replacing shield cap, nozzle and electrode cured my issues. Something to consider if you havent already.
