I have been trying for approx. 2 months to get Mach3 to control my spindle. I have a Delta VFD-B and have spoken with their tech support multiple times. We have purchased several different Break Out Boards, tried several different methods for hooking up the breakout boards, and tried several different settings in Mach3 to get the Spindle to turn on/off, and control the speed. So far, we have ran into one brick wall after the other. As I am not an electronic genius, can anyone help me with step by step instructions in setting up Mach3, and recommendations on what Break Out Board I should use. Also, we have a Columbo 5HP 220V spindle. Any help would be appreciated.  |
