Auto defining of Motor Pins in Mach 3

I have had a computer crash and now starting from sctatch. I did not write down my motor ports and pins. I remember the Mach 3 has a way of telling you which port and pin each motor is hooked up too. How does oen do this. I cannot find it again in Mach 3 anywhere??

This is not possible.

The only auto detect in Mach3 is on the inputs

It will detect when you press a switch connected to the parallel port.

It is impossible for mach to know what port and pin you motor are.
