What did I touch

I use MACH 2 and I have had great success, however, I touched some control button the other day that makes me have to go to jog to jog.

I mean before i touched something, all I had to do it use my arrows and I could move my gantry. Now I have to go jog and go step. Then all I can do is move intervals of (1.000) at a time. I did figure out using shift and arrows that I can jog at rapid speed, but before i didn't have to use shift.

Any help appreciated. I want my old way back.
