Hi all, i'm super in need of help, i can't work out how to get motor tuning to run right i'm using a SD-2H086MB driver i got from ebay it's set to 400, with a 1800 mm leadscrew which is TR30/6mm pitch on want the cnc to run in mm not inch's for the life of me i can't get my head around the math lol  |

| Hi, thanks for the reply, here is what i came up with but it still seems to be out by 10mm when i run 100mm (so i'm getting about 110mm when i run G1 x100) on the X, the driver is a 7.1 micro step set to 400 at 0.9 not 1.8 so .... 1600/6 = 266.666 266.666 * 7.1 = 1893.333 close but still not there :-( Last edited by Temp76; 03-06-2011 at 03:00 PM. |
