I just installed a Rosewill RC-302 parallel port card. I was only getting 4.4v and 3.4v out of the on-board parallel port. I am now getting 5v where I need it. Anyway, I got the driver installed and I looked up the address and it has this listed: Input/Output Range 2070-2077 Input/Output Range 2068-206F Input/Output Range 2060-2067 Input/Output Range 2058-205F Input/Output Range 2050-2057 Input/Output Range 2040-204F Interrupt Request 21 In Mach3, I enable LPT2...but what address do I put in the block? It has 0x278 in there right now which really does match up with much of the above. Do I check the block to enable pins 2-9 as inputs? I am running Windows 2000. I cannot find to see what the card is setup as....ECP.... And...there is a Microsoft RawPort driver that is missing once I install this card. Any idea what that is? Google is not telling me a lot. Thanks Mike |

| According to the Mach3 manual, I am supposed to use the top address. On my other computer, the port address is 0378 and in Mach it is 0x378. So....do I use 2x070 or 0x2070? From what I have been reading, the leading 0 gets dropped and since i don't have a leading 0, I suspect your answer is correct....0x2070. Just want to make sure though. Mike |

| The default address for LPT1 is 0x378. I believe the default address for LPT2 is 0x278. Under Windows XP, the address information is found under the hardware manager. Hardware Manager is under the System icon on the Control Panel. Win 2000 may be a little different but not by much. ~John |

| Try watching the installation video, Art shows you what number to use. And I think you can just enter 2070. But check the video.
