Hi All, I just finished retrofitting a Vicon plasma cutter that someone was throwing out. The motors & drives were fine, but the controller was shot. Got a breakout board, relay board, Mach 3, SheetCam, Hypertherm PM1650, and I'm in business cutting away. The problem I'm having is that my cut's aren't as smooth as I'd like. I have a straight line machine with oxy/fuel that I get near perfect cuts on. The biggest issue I have is with circular patterns/holes. Straight cuts are OK, but the circles/holes come out very pretty jagged, and tappered too. Is there any method or procedure to use to make sure my machine is properly calibrated? I'll post some pics soon. Thanks in advance, Ervin
