    Mach3 Truncates G-code

Back again. Last thread was locked due to certain mods not liking the subject matter, but for those of us who wish to discuss this problem freely, I thought we needed a new thread. If it takes an army of spambots to do it, this subject will stay open.
Nice to see certain advertisers get preferential treatment as to issues with their products.

True, except for the people who have bought licenses who are having technical issues and can't get them to work, or who bought licenses to have them canceled, or who bought licenses form an authorized distributor Artsoft says wasn't authorized, but is still their current distributor. You know, those people.

There were obviously more than a few people having trouble or else the subject wouldn't keep getting brought up.

There are only three authorized distributors in the world, one in Philippines, other in Germany and the third in China. All others are just resellers, I'm a reseller here in Argentina.

One of the points in the reseller agreement says:

    7. Deliberate Piracy

Any OEM found *deliberately* reselling a license file will immediately have their status revoked and be charged again for each license file they've bought in the past (i.e. if Company X is found to have been pirating, and they have 100 known licenses in the database, they will be charged 100 * 120, or $12,000). Also, all of their known license files will be terminated.
    also:
    10. Replacement License Policy

OEMs are responsible for providing replacement licenses for their customers. All OEMs should maintain copies of the licenses they sell in anticipation of such a situation, and accurate record keeping (especially for serialized licenses) is expected. If the license was personalized, we may be able to reissue a license if necessary.

So, if you have a canceled license due to piracy you should go after the reseller, because he knew beforehand the wrong doing.
If the license came with a machine, you should go after the machine seller.

I don't see why Artsoft should not revoke pirated licenses or has to be forced to provide licenses to replace pirated ones.

Nor would I, if 1) they didn't have foreknowledge of what was happening, which that they did they have admitted to in writing, and 2) still have the guy on as a reseller despite the agreement you quoted above.

Either they were legit and they should still be legit, or the guy was a pirate and Artsoft shouldn't have anything to do with him. Instead, he a pirate when convenient, but a legit reseller when convenient.
Remember; this is the guy to whom they told me I could buy another license from as he was legit, after saying the last license I bought from him was invalidated because he wasn't legit.

That doesn't make them victims, that makes them knowing accomplices.

I don't understand why you say they are accomplices, if someone sells the same license 500 times thats stealing from Artsoft 499 times.

Anyway, I browsed your past posts and it seems you only log to cnczone to complain about the same issue again and again even after having a thread closed, thats almost my definition of a forum troll, I wish you good luck.
