here is my driver test,is this good

that is test in one monement and after 5-10 seconds.
is this my general configuration ok checked?

Just like the internal diagnostics shows on your screen during that test, your parallel port performance is excellent.
In your General Configuration, everything seems fine, also.

Are you trying to diagnose a problem, or just asking others to double-check your setup?
