Hi friends,
We are a CNC dealer from India. We have bought a "KX-3" model milling machine "SP2215" made by "SUMORE", china. It runs with MACH-3 controller software. X,Y and Z axis motors and drives are facing no troubles. Machine tool head spindle motor runs only when not in PWM mode ( Pulse Width Modulation). It could just be made ON and OFF. Speed control using PWM mode is not working. Please help me fix this issue. "MBLC-1100-300H" drive made by HONCAR is driving that spindle motor. I need the end connection details of the drive to run in externally without the controller MACH-3 to check it. HONCAR is not responding me regarding this issue. Also i doubt that the trouble may be with the controller MACH-3. Somebody help me with tha parameters to be set in MACH-3 to run PWM mode succesfully.

Does the spindle drive accept PWM directly? If not you need a PWM to analogue or whatever type of contol the drive has, converter.
If the drive manuf. are not responding, did you try the MTB?
As a last resort you may have to check that Mach is outputting a PWM signal and reverse engineer the type of control the Sp drive has.
The Mach site itself should also supply a lot of info in the tutorials.
