| Help, my machine was ok when shut off, today every circle or square I try to plasma cut is off...the start and end point do not meet, it is at least 1/4 inch off.. almost like cutting a spiral but ends at the start point but 1/4 in small...so circle never meets, or square never meets.. Does anyone have an idea of what is causing this,,,,,I don't know who to ask, with them out of business. Practical cnc in eaton rapids that is....left me hanging |

I too have a practical table. I would check the little gears on the ends of the shaft that goes through the gantry. These tend to loosen up. From what you describe something has loosened up. If not those then check the gear on the other drive assembly. regards, Eric BTW, you can find most of the parts for these tables through mcmaster carr. |
