How can I change the pierce delay in Mach 2. It seems to be sitting there too long.

Open MACH3 to Ports & Pins/Spindle output. Make sure Spin up and Spin down are zero.

Pierce delay should be controlled by your Arc Good signal on the THC or by the value in your tool definition in the CAM post.
