Torch Height Control for PowerMax 1000

I have researched this site on the subject and look at Bob Cambells THC. I have also talked with a tech at Hypertherm and found out that j15 and j16 on a circuit board on the PowerMax 1000 is a tap for Voltage Height Control. Has anyone tried to monitor voltage in this manor for THC? Data Acquisition Card maybe. Seperate program or could Mach 2 monitor this value?

We always monitor the voltage this way, but you need a voltage divider and a bord to communicate to Mach2

J15 and J16 are the raw tip voltage (100 - 200VDC). Same voltage you can find on any plasma between the electrode lead and workclamp ground. Hypertherm is nice enough to provide defined connections for Tip volts, Torch Switch and Arc Good. MACH3 does not have support for analog input voltage.
