I'm using Corel Draw to do my custom signs in PLT files. I load it into Sheetcam & it goes fine, showing all tool paths correctly. I save it into tap file then open it in Mach 3. After loading it seems to show it in 3D. Then when I start the process, Z axis will zero off the metal then start going up till it hits the limit switch. I've tried DXF files with the same drawing but it distorts the drawing in SheetCam.
Any Ideas?
