THC300...Fault Light wont go out.

I cant seem to get my THC 300 to work. That fault light is always on, and the torch active LED in Mach3 is off.

Any suggestions?

How is port 2 communications?

Port 2 working fine. I sent my unit back to TexasMicroCircuits and they sent it back to me. It still does not work.

No up-down.
Fault lite always on.
