Hi guys - I am having a bit of trouble with this. This is on my small mill drill and I am using a G540 with no luck. I have tried assigning an input to input 1, 4 and oem trigger 1 using code 1000 and assigning a hot key. I am uing a new down load of mach3. As I write this I realize I have not loaded the license yet. Might be the issue. I will test that next. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ron

    Start, Stop, Feed Hold

Well, I have similar problem. I can add control for start, stop and feed hold using OEM trigers. But, if I use stop-start sequence I must turn on spindle manual. Feed Hold is ideal, since doesn't turn off spindle, but delay is about 2 sec. How I can change delay for Feed Hold?
In other words, I must synchronize some actuators with spindle rotation, (like threading) so spindle must works always, and X axis periodically.

I'm trying to connect a switch to ref/all by using my free input 14 trigger 1 OEM code 105. When I press the switch all I get to set is the Z axis it won't go to X and Y after, but when I press the ref/all (home) on the screen or with the keyboard everything works good. Anyone have any idea what to do to fix this problem?

    Thanks

    Bartkuzar,

Unfortunately OEM code 105 is VB script, it contains three OEM codes.

    1024
    1022
    1023

A macropump is necessary in order to do what you want.
