Did you ever get the Mach3 settings from anyone on the forum? If so, or if you've come up with good working settings by now, would you be into sharing the settings file? I'm having some difficulty with missed steps in my x axis direction and feel it may be something to do with settings, perhaps in the acceleration or similar area. Cheers Donn |

| I don't have a fireballl v90 but am running the probotix bi-polar drivers on my JGRO. I was having all sorts of trouble getting accurate cuts with it. What finally worked was turning on 1/8 microstep. I don't know why but when I used full step my parts were always .010 to .020 off. Turning on 1/8 microstep and they are now coming out perfect. | In Ports and Pins, your motors step and direction are set to port 0. They need to be set to port 1.

| Drivertest is for the Mach3 driver. If it's not working, then ach3 won't work. Can you post a screen shot of the Mach3 Diagnostics page? Also, when you installed Mach3, did you reboot when you were instructed to? If not, you may need to completely uninstall it and reinstall. Read the installation part of the manual carefully, and watch the installation and setup video at www.machsupport.com
