I am setting up my machine using Mach (obviously) Whats happening is that when i calculate the steps per, it gets me close. Then i use the steps per function on the setup page, where it asked you how far to move and then how far it actually moved. It adjust to the proper steps per. It then moves the distance it says. Now, when i jog in step mode, set at say .100, it will only move like .088-.090. Backlash isn't an issue either. Anyone run into this at all? |
