Converting Anilam 1100m to mach 3

I have a fryer MB10 cnc toolroom mill with handles can i use the mach 3 for a dro on mine you just push the e stop and it denergizes the servos but the encoders still work i want to keep my servos and am looking at gecko or cnc teknix from austrualia
